Felicitas's Story

I married my high school sweetheart and we moved to Houston Texas in 1969. I have four children; Melissa, Monica, Joel Jr. and Lizette. I started my career after my children were in school. I started working for an intermediate school in Pasadena, Texas. I felt that I could do more so I started going to college. I was slowly getting my education and graduated with an Associates degree from ...Expand for more
San Jacinto College. Later I transferred my credits to the University of Houston and Graduated with a Bachelor of Science Interdisplinary Studies. This gave me the opportunity to become an Elementary Teacher. At this time I am still working for Pasadena Independent School District. My children are now grown and have children of their own. I have three granddaughters and three grandsons.
